PARCELLS PTO BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The Parcells Middle School PTO invites you to be a part of our 48th Annual Holiday Art & Craft Bazaar on December 2, 2023. The Parcells PTO prides itself on the great work it does every year in supporting our teachers and staff. This year alone, we have already awarded over $6,000 in grants to provide things that otherwise our teachers or students would have had to pay for. We are proud to have awarded eleven full scholarships to students for a trip they will take in the spring with our performing arts department. We were also glad to help furnish classrooms, supplement learning supplies and host after school activities for all our students. To make these things happen we rely on our community to help us fundraise. Our largest Fundraiser is our Holiday Art & Craft Bazaar.

This year we are reaching out to local businesses to sponsor the Bazaar. We are asking for $100 to cover our upfront costs such as tables, signage, advertising, and transportation for our vendors to and from Grosse Pointe North’s parking lot to Parcells Middle school. In return, not only will you be helping our PTO foster amazing opportunities for our staff and students, but Sponsors will also receive:

• Social media recognition

• Bazaar website recognition

• Bazaar directory recognition

• Vendor map recognition

• On site, day of recognition
